We can produce high quality giclée prints from your original art work.
We digitise your artwork using high resolution photography and then provide your giclée prints - mounted or unmounted, for limited or open editions, as you choose, with no minimum volume requirement.
What do we do to capture your artwork?
• We produce a photograph of the artwork using high resolution professional equipment, which ensures extreme detail, accurate alignment and even, colour-calibrated lighting.
• We use a highly technologically advanced workflow to produce the most accurate possible image. Our workflow includes photo-spectrometer readings of the painting or drawing which are then mapped to the captured image by very sophisticated specialist software. This ensures high colour accuracy and tonality. It also prevents the grey backgrounds that many artists will have experienced when having their artwork (especially drawings on white paper) photographed with a less advanced process.
• For artwork with a reflective surface (for example many paintings in oils and acrylics) we use cross-polarised lighting to avoid glinting highlights.
• For an extra charge we can photograph your artwork even if it is already framed behind glass, without interfering with the frame. However, this reduces colour accuracy, and it is always better to remove the art from the frame and from behind glass.
• We will work with you to make sure that you are absolutely happy with the colour, tone and other aspects of your master print file.
• Our capture service includes providing you with a master TIFF file at no extra charge.

• Hand-made canvases - You can find out about our canvas prints here.
• Greetings cards - we don't print these ourselves. Giclée is not suited to large print runs, and is not cost effective for greetings cards. If you are interested in cards please speak to us. We work with a number of our artists to design their cards for them,using the artwork we have captured for them, and then outsource the printing to trusted digital printers who have specialist expertise with greetings cards. We oversee the whole process for you, providing the print ready PDFs in the CMYK colour space that the printers need, and help you with the choice of boards, finishes etc.
